Every order is dispatched within one business day and arrives within 1–3 business days. As soon as your watch is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the journey.
All orders are fully insured for their purchase value in transit, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be available to receive your watch, let us know in advance and we’ll make sure the delivery works around you.
For international enquiries, please contact us directly. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
We offer a 14-day return window on all purchases. If your watch isn’t right for any reason, simply get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a full refund — straightforwardly and without unnecessary process.
Watches must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, your refund will be processed within [3–5] business days to your original payment method.
If your watch arrives damaged or in any way different from how it was described, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve it without hesitation and cover all associated costs.
